Maintenance, and or updates will be billed at an "Hourly Rate", you'll be able to request updates by e-mail or telephone. Updates will be completed within 2 business days, unless the update requires more than 6 hours, we will complete it within 3 business days, or it's free. Most smaller updates will be completed within 1 business day.
